    Did anyone think about how people play games when the Xbox one was developed or is it me being crap. I have 2 children and one Xbox one. They have to both log in to play a lot of multiplayer/split screen local games. I found the always logged in setting
    but only one person can be always logged in. Everytime they turn the console on, they have to log in for the other user to play a local game with each other. It's a pain in the butt and just stupid. Not to mention the fact that I buy a game and receive a disk
    that must for all intents and purposes be empty because there's a 7 gig download to "update" the game. Picture me in a new house just before Christmas, phone and internet not connected yet and the kids open their Xbox one on Christmas day. I may as well have
    given them a brick.

    XBOX AND MICROSOFT "SUPPORT" ARE NO HELP

    please do not post personal info like email you do realize that it is almost 3am or earlier in most countries. I am sure somebody will help you just give it some time.

    Yep MS is so focused on stopping people from ripping them off that they affect all their honest customers. It really annoys me that I have no choice but to download the disk onto the hard drive but I cannot play the game just from the hard drive, the disk
    has to be in the console to play it. I should not be forced to download, it should be my option as to wether I want to play it from the disk or the HDD

    To answer your question though as far as I am aware you can only have one account always logged in.

    Please, try power cycling the console.

    To do it, follow these steps:

    Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Hi!

    Check that there are funds on the specified payment method. Also, check that your personal information is the same as the payment method (date of birth, city, etc...). If you purchasing from the console, try clearing the system cache
    by holding down the power button for 10 secs. If it does not work, delete the profile and re-download it.

    You can also make the purchase from the
    web page
    and see if it works.
