    Hi, I redeemed a robux gift card from the rewards app on my Xbox using my points but I never got any robux or any kind of code, could someone help please?

    Hi,

    since the Rewards app has no offers anymore and the Rewards system had changed I guess you redeemed the points at the website.

    If you have already checked the spam folder of your email provider you have to contact the Rewards support.

    You'll find the link at the bottom of the Rewards website.

    It could still be processing then. Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to receive the code. If you don't receive it after that, and those options aren't available, you'll need to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your Rewards redemption.

    A) If you don't mind, could you check if this transaction is showing on your Microsoft Rewards order history? you can see this at:

    https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory

    • If the transaction is indeed showing on your Microsoft Rewards order history, please check for a "Get code" button. Like the one in the following picture:

    • Alternatively, you could try clicking the "Resend" feature instead.

    B) If you don't receive the code within 24 hours of redeeming your points and/or the transaction is not showing on your Microsoft Rewards order history, it would be best to contact Microsoft Rewards support, as Volunteer Moderator '[EX]' mentioned.

    Volunteer Moderator 'Smwutches' is correct. This could mean your order is still processing.

    Please note that depending on your locale and selected language, the "Get button" might say "Order details" or "View details" instead. Clicking on either of these would work just the same.

    If 24 hours have passed and you haven't received the code via email or the buttons in your order history, you'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards Support for further assistance.
