Can somebody help me out, my gameplay on my xbox series s is just so pixelated.

Hi, so this is about the third time I ask this question about the pixelated xbox series s gameplay. So, the first time I asked this question, the guy that tried to help me out said too do a power cycle to fix the issue, I tried it, followed the steps, it did not work sadly plus he even said to connect my new monitor i got to my pc wich I did, and it looked perfectly fine, I already know the problem is from the xbox now. The second time I asked the same question the man told me too reset my entire xbox and press the keeping games option, I did that, I reseted my xbox connected back to my wifi, did all the steps etc.. I got on my account and loaded into forza horizon 5, and it still looked the same, pixelated and blurry, if anybody else could help and find another way to fix this, I will really appreciate it.

Since it's new monitor, it may be a compatibility issue. Please try to change your console's resolution settings, refresh rate, and other display options to see which one would work on your TV.

Try the solution below as well:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings.
Under General, select TV & display options.
> Video fidelity and overscan
> Overrides - Try selecting HDMI, DVI, or auto-detect whichever would work on your TV.

If you have a different TV or monitor, it would be best if we could test your console on a different monitor to isolate the issue further.

Yes I did a factory reset to keep games and apps and yes on the Xbox dashboard, it is pixelated too.

Sadly none of the above worked, I reconnected my xbox to my old 4k 60hz tv, it still looked the same.

What do you think might be the problem?

Or do I maybe own a faulty xbox?

Thanks for confirming. I am afraid that your Xbox console is already faulty because we've tried every here including factory reset and still the same issue. It must be related to its hardware.
