Another thing you should do is submit a negative player review so that you dont get in any more games with the player and like digital said your ISP can change your ip address i would do that as soon as possable.

Why do you guys ban people for dumb things but when it comes to something where they NEED to be ban you guys do nothing EVERY time you guys tell me to post here nothing happens the same person has been booting me off almost everyday for months I have contacted
you guys multiple times and you guys do nothing about it I should have to contact my network provider you guys should do your jobs I get ban for being in an mw2 nodded lobby but this guy has been booting me offline for MONTHS I'm really getting tired of this
I've already filed complaints so don't say to do that either and don't say your gonna investigate it either cause I've heard that before also..

Have you shared your account login information with anyone recently?

Is your account on any other consoles not in your personal control?

Have you changed your password and added additional security features to prevent anyone from accessing your account (including running software on your computer to check for adware/spyware/keyloggers on the computer)?

hey there I would recommend you report them from their player card if you think they are doing something against the rules also it might of just been by chance that you went offline when they said that but yeah just report them and also submit player review
and put them as an avoided player so chances of you been put in a game with them again are low.

Please do not name and shame on the forums as it's against the rules. The one and only way a person such as this can be dealt with is if you file a complaint against them. This is simply because the Xbox LIVE Enforcement team does not view this section of the
forums, they only look at complaints filed directly from the Xbox console.

Hey mate, you've done the right thing by reporting them, that's as much as you can on the Xbox side of things, really contacting you ISP is the best thing to do, please see at the link for more information:
