Can sign into xbox live but not titanfall on the one!

My wife and I picked up two Titanfall xbox ones on Titanfall release. We've taken turns playing on each others xbox's but since the new DLC, I can't play on her xbox anymore. I can sign into xbox live on her console but not titanfall. It'll Sync my game
data from the cloud but then I"ll just get the Titanfall start page and the Start button. Every time I hit the "A" button, it'll say "signing in..." then it'll go back to the same page, asking me to hit the start button...again, not allowing me to sign in.

To be clear...she's the only one that downloaded the DLC, on both consoles. About two or three days later, I couldn't use her console anymore. Before just downloading the DLC for myself, I first tried removing the DLC from the problemed xbox. I figured
if it was the DLC stopping me from signing, that would fix the issue. I then removed the saved game data from the console, allowing it to resync to the cloud, even cleared "persistent storage" under the bluray settings (which actually fixed the problem the
first time) but now it's back and no matter what I do, I can't sign in on her xbox. She has no problems using either xbox.

I feel like the only one on the planet that's having this issue. Can anyone please save me from pulling out the rest of my hair?

can not sign into live. can sign into my account but with no access to live or features. on xbox one and my live is active until november 2016

 

Game and App switching

And I know about titanfall but I'm talking about BF4 campaign that when xbox live had sign in issues I couldn't even sign in locally on my Xbox One to play my game. This issue happened as recently as last month for me. You can not sign into your account
locally and play games under your profile. How can this happen considering that the 360 allowed it. Did we step backwards in capability?

 

Hi there have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling titanfall by going to my games and apps highlight games hit the menu button select uninstall, then do a console reset by holding your finger over the power button for 5-10 seconds or until light
on power supply turns orange.

 

Tried that too. Did not. This is pretty frustrating.

 

Are you able to sign in to other games?

 

Same issue here. Tried uninstalling and everything. But son cant play the game at all with his gamertag

 

We don't have any other games for the one, yet. I can download a demo or after the first, I can download one of the free games and try it then.

 

It my be possible you may have been given a suspension or a ban

 

How is that possible if I can still sign in on my xbox and play with no issues? It's my wife's xbox that I can't play on.

 

Are you participating on the preview beta updates?...it might be causing login on games that don't reconfigured preview version 1406. Since it's not publicly LIVE yet.

 

I am having the same exact thing happening in our house too since the DLC. Any soloution?

 

Same thing happening here. My brother added his profile to my box and I can't play unless his profile is also online. I deleted his profile and now I can't play at all. Very frustrating!

 

Ok, deleted my brother's profile from my box, plus the DLC (which he had purchased), and now it is working. The odd thing is that it defaulted to the training mission but still has all my progress saved.
