Can Sign in but can't connect

I am able to sign into xbox live on my xbox one but I can not use xbox live services. I have this problem almost every week and it really is getting on my nerves. My friend told me to hard restart it but that didn't work, then he told me to try unplugging
the power form the box connected to the xbox so it would reset the ram but that didn't work either. So if anybody has any info on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Can't Sign into Windows 10 Xbox

I suddenly can't sign into Xbox on Windows 10 but can sign into my Microsoft account. I wanted to update Caesars Slot Game but can't sign into Xbox. It takes me to store but it won't connect. This app is free.

 

Connects to internet fine.....but no XBox live.

Im having the same problems. Randomly can't sign in to XBOX live, yet other times I get on no problem. Each time I can't sign in, it says I can connect to my network and the internet, but can't sign in to LIVE

 

xbox support team is *** you'll hear something back in a year

 

Yeah its down again, Xbox one hasn't been working properly since day one its a piece of *** !!! Fed up of beta testing it for them. I wish I bought a PlayStation !!! Microsoft sort your *** out b4 u lose all your customers !!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Now there telling me there going to give me 7 days of free Xbox live gold. That's no good to me as I pay for it yearly, so its no consolation to me ! Im also having problems with game disks every time I change game it tells me its dirty or I don't own it
and I have to reset everything wtf ???
