Can sign in but can’t access any games at the main menu

I can sign in OK but when i access any game it just gets me to the main menu and i cant log in using my gamertag

whats going on?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We recommend removing your profile from the console and downloading it back.
This will refresh your account's access to Xbox Live. Do you see any error messages when you test the network and multiplayer connections in the

network settings? Be sure to let us know the results!

Try a factory reset and if that doesn't work send your console for repairs.

Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

Hi Ryan, thank you for your message. I’ve tried it again and i’m still unable to sign in. I’m now really confused though because sometimes it will let me go through the sign in process and then put me back on the game menu but it still says i have to sign in. However, when i access the Xbox website through the cloud gaming app, it shows me as being signed in! So it’s literally the main cloud gaming menu that i’m not signed in on, meaning i can’t play anything. Not sure what to try.
