Can sign in, but cannot connect to Xbox Live on X1

I can sign into my account, get all my pins, and do things like view friends online, watch game clips, but if I try to access online features of games it ALWAYS says 'Can't connect to Xbox Live". It started a month ago, before that everything was fine.

My network is Comcast, the modem/router is a "Technicolor T8305C". Wifi on all of my family's devices works fine (Iphones, tablets, smart TV, etc.)

What is going on?

I can connect to Xbox live through "test Xbox live connection" but I'm not signed in. When I go to sign in it is successful but it disconnects me from Xbox live saying "your console cannot connect to Xbox live at this time" why the error code 80151991. I
cannot find any info on this error code. So to sum up. I can connect to Xbox live and sign in but not at the same time which is very annoying

 

Also, I am a gold member, and any time I try to "test multiplayer connection" It always says everything is good.

 

Same exact problem here. Can sign in and Everything is "all good" when it does its checks but tells me I need to connect even says connected and all services available but everything online related is not accessible. All other devices working properly on
network and internet works fine on those devices

 

While the Xbox One is turned on, if you press and hold the power button on the console itself (not the controller), that will do a hard power off. Wait about 30 seconds and then power it back up with the power button on the console. That should fix the issue.

Happened to me too. Second time (first during the day long Live outage). Wish they would fix whatever is causing it.

Seriously thinking about taking my Xbox One back. This is so annoying.

 

Go to settings and change power setting from Standby to energy saving. Then power down then power xbox 1 back up and marketplace and xbox live should be back. Remember to change settings back

 

For the hard shut diwn and restart u actually have to take any disc out of the drive then hokd the power button dow for 5 seconds whike its still on, once it shuts diwn wait 30 seconds then hold the eject button on the disc drive and the power button down
together until it comes back on. Shoukd help it but I gave up on it my live marketplace is down every other day. Its ***

 

Me too! I can't play multi player or anything though but it will install Titanfall!?

This is my 4th Xbox (the 1st three were faulty), I've finally got a working one and it just won't connect to xbox live wirelessly. I've spoken to the xbox tech guys about 5 times yet absolutely nothing works. Getting beyond a joke now, I've had Titanfall
for a week and not been able to play it!

 

My xbox 360 works perfectly on t exactly the same network!
