    Can Puerto Rico be included in Microsoft Rewards once again?


    Why has Puerto Rico been Excluded from the Microsoft Rewards Program. We used to be part of Xbox Rewards, but know that the program became MS Rewards we have been eliminated from participation. This is extremely unfair and makes no sense to me.

    We were able to participate for a long time then the privilege was revoked, quite unfairly. We have a vibrant market in PR, it's not like the region was underperforming. The rewards made it worthwhile to spend. We should be included, as we were once before

    Will do. I have even reached out to the program itself. They simply just say tough luck. I mean Mexico gets to participate and we who are US citizens and once members of the program are now being excluded.

    I think that Xbox players in Puerto Rico need exactly the same privileges as other players around the US and other countries, it can be a great opportunity for them to be motivated and have their rewards.
