Can other profiles on my Xbox access my DLC from my main account?

I recently made another account on my Xbox, and I was wondering since I am using that one more than my first (and main) account, would my secondary account be able to access all the DLC that i downloaded on my main account? Both accounts are the same Xbox
that i have now.

A few examples of the DLC i have would be like left 4 dead dlc and battlefield 3 & 4 premium and such.

Since i bought those on my main account and both accounts are on the same console, even though i didn't necessarily buy the dlc on my second account would i still be able to access the DLC content since the dlc is on my console even though it is linked to
my first account? Thanks for your time!

Latest xbox 360 update now one of my profiles can't use forza 4 dlc

So my xbox 360 downloaded and installed the most recent update, now 2 of my 3 profiles can't access my downloaded and installed forza 4 dlc. My main profile, the one which I used to purchase the dlc can use it but my other 2 profiles can't. Does this have
anything to do with the Xbox live service outage going on at the moment?

If i buy DLC on my main xbox profile can my wife use the dlc on her profile also?

Aslong as all your console content licenses are in place then any account on the console will be able to access the content

As long as you're on the same console as when you bought the games, the console licences Viral mentioned will allow any profile on that console to play the games/DLC without restriction.

ok so i have 3 xbox's on my network, mucho dlc and a family account (4 profiles) if I always use my main profile to buy dlc then technically i can play 2 different profiles (say my profile and my son can play his profile) at the same time on 2 seperate xbox's
and use the dlc on both provided I sign my profile in on the xbox that doesn't have the dlc on it and my son uses his account that had the dlc downloaded on it correct? or is this a no go? Basically I want to party up with my son/daughter and play the dlc
(that I bought) on seperate full screen tv's/xbox's..

It seems to be a little more complicated with the Series s and x now as the account that to be set to home on the console that you'll use the most for other accounts to use some/all of the DLC.

My Series X is set to home on my main account and the other accounts can use any digital games and DLC no problem but on my Series S it's problematic to what DLC can be used since it's not my main accounts home console.

No. One console with multiple profiles and only my main profile which i used to download the dlc is able to access it.
