Can open app/games. open automatic submenus

hey guys since 3 hours ago io cant open any app or game. when i dont toutch the controler sometimes it open sub menus. when i press the X bottum controler the menu is complety different ( no setting icon, the home key is now at left side, the avatar icon
is now at right side. )

Any solution for this?

if i were you i would power cycle the console, here's how you can do that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8rpif6t_m4&t=5s. Another possibility is that you can
personalize your dashboard, who knows if your profile is on other console and someone is changing your dashboard, i would check that too

I would recommend a hard reset (holding down the power button for about 5 seconds). Let us know if that fixes it.

Open the Xbox Companion app and try logging in with your account. Then open the Xbox app and see if your account is automatically logged in.

Thank you for trying. Are you currently running Windows 8 or Windows 8.1? Let's try the search again, but this time when the automatic Search windows opens, is there an option called "Apps" that you can click or is there anything listed under "Apps"?
Do you also see options for "Settings" or "Files" when the automatic search opens?
