Can only watch one channel (NBC-Channel 5) on Xbox One

Did all that. Still goes to the old channels with voice commands, even though the One Guide shows the correct channels. "Xbox, watch NBC" still goes to 702, even though the new channel is 1203.

I have looked at that and even with SD/HD Channels highlighted it still goes straight to the HD Channels. One time when I said 'Xbox watch ESPN' it went to the regular ESPN channel.

But anything like Watch USA, or Discovery Channel, even NBC or ABC...just goes straight to the 1000s (HD Channels on AT&T Uverse)

It changes the channel properly now on my hwpvr150. But with trickery. When I told my xbox watch nbc it changed the channel to 41. But I noticed when I told xbox watch the menu shows "watch knbc/ watch nbc" . When I told xbox watch knbc it properly change
the channel to 4.1. I tested it again and did confirm. I said watch kcbs instead of watch cbs and it changed to 2.1. Hope this helps

After trying everything I have a solution that worked for me...

There are 2 things you can do. First, put in a different, but close by zip code in the One Guide settings to re download the guide info. After this happens the One Guide should be correct. Once the One Guide displays the correct stations you can navigate
to each channel and then say "Watch This Channel" The Voice Command will then remember the correct channel after it tunes to it once. This is tedious and time consuming. The second option is to restore your Xbox to factory defaults. My XBL account remembered
all of my achievements etc, and the only adverse effect was having to re download my apps, and Forza 5 from the disk. My game progress was still remembered. Once I re-set everything back up from the factory default, all channels (with exception of the local
channels for some reason) tuned correctly using the voice commands. For the local channels I used the first fix and used the One Guide and the "Watch This Channel"command for it to remember ABC, NBC, News 14, CBS, Fox etc... I hope this helps, and Good Luck!!!

it is like I said Stud.... if your provider issues its guide to the XB1, you can use direct verbal commands.. watch NBC WATCH SONS OF ANARCHY etc.. If you provider does not issue a guide... you can still use it.... but have to be specific WATCH CHANNEL
5 WATCH CHANNEL 192... but to do this.. you will have to teach the Kinect IR Blaster to "learn" your remote functions.. IE if you press 5 on your TV remote that signal's band is learned by the Kinect to mimic 5 etc etc etc
