    I've recently received a 2 week communication ban, but now can send messages and join voice chat. However, i can't send messages to strangers. Is this temporary?

    Just ignore the messages In privacy u can put only friends can send messages

    Set your messages to "friends only",this way only people on your friends list can contact you.

    It says sent, but the player does not receive it. Tested with friends and strangers (friends of friends). My friends received the message, the strangers didn't.
