Can not use the interne features with primairy account but can with others

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

be aware that if there is still currency on the account, this may prevent you from moving the account to a different Microsoft Account.

If it's just the primairy email address you want to change you can also try the steps mentioned here:

support.xbox.com/.../change-email-sign-in-for-microsoft-account

This won't move the xbox live account to a different Microsoft Account, but will only change the primairy email address used for the xbox live account (and Microsoft Account)

You can also use the network transfer feature to move games from the internal hard drive easily

Not the Family feature, no, but you can with the Home Console feature.

You can nominate a home console for your Microsoft Account. Any other account that uses that console can enjoy the benefits associated with your account (access to your games, DLC, online play etc.).

The Family feature is more about the supervision of youngsters.
