Can Not Use New GamerTag

I changed my gamertag last week and was able to use it immediately after changing. However, I have not been able to sign in since. I keep receiving error message to verify age at live.xbox.com/ageverification but when i click on "Confirm Age" I am taken
to website?????????? | ?????? which is in korean (i live in korea but as US Army) I have chatted with online support for over the past week, restarting
console, changing password, and clearing history etc. Nothing works !!!!!!! Was told by online help to post here....please help i'm at a loss,

Downloadable content question

I have two gamertags on my Xbox console Gamertag A has a lot of dlc I downloaded which I can also use with gamertag B. My question is, if I delete gamertag A from the console but not any of the DLC that was purchased under it, can gamertag B still use
gamertag A's DLC without the gamertag no longer there? Im asking because I'm not going to use gamertag A anymore so I want to remove it from my console and just use my new gamertag as my primary.

Am I able to use a gamertag of a deleted account?

I recent wanted to delete an account that contained an old gamertag that I have been extremely fond of but, I was wondering if I created a new account , can I use that deleted gamertag? For example, I deleted an old gamertag called lol999 can I use that
gamertag if say I create a new account?

As you posted this already in that other thread with the asked problem please go back there and send a private message to Misses Quinzel as she asked is aware of this problem. You can send her a message by clicking on the little envelope at the bottom of

There are currently games that need to be updated to the new gamertag.

Microsoft implemented a new Gamertags system, which means you can use the gamertag you want, only if that gamertag is already in use then an ID will be added to differentiate it. In this way, several people can have the same garmetag but with a different
ID.

I thought games that don't support the new gamertag system use the "Xbox games that don't support the new gamertag system* and all Xbox 360 experiences" gamertag? So are you saying a game that doesn't support the new gamertag system can still use the "Xbox one console and Xbox apps" gamertag, but not support the suffix styling?

If you just want the gamertag from your old account you can change your current one with the new account your using. With the new gamertag system you can have a duplicate of a gamertag. It just add numbers to it. If you
want to make a change to your gamertag, use the following link: http://social.xbox.com/changegamertag.
