Can not use my savegames from MassEffect and Fallout 3

Hello,

Since the start of the backwards compatibility, I can not play my old savegame from MassEffect. It says that I miss the DLC Collision smthg (I do not know the english title; I play it in german) How do I get this? (I own it on the 360)

The second problem is like the first one, but with Fallout 3. I can not start my old game, because the DLCs are missing. But I can not download them, because I have the Add-On discs. And the One says, that these discs are not in the backwards compatibility.
How could this problem be solved?

The last problem is with Deus Ex. I have this Game of the Year thing, and it seems not to be in the programm.

So nearly all of my my 360 games in the programm, are not able to be played.

I hope somebody could help me.

cloud savegame isn't available

Hi there,

since I'm playing Fallout 3 on my Xbox 360, I'm using the cloud to save it and it always works. Unfortunately if I'm trying to use this savegame on my Xbox one it isn't available. I would really appreciate if I get some help! Thank you guys in advance!

 

Batman Arkam City Savegames lost!

I installed Batman Arkam City on my PC. I already finished the game and restarted on a harder level and was 2/3 the way through the game again. My son bugged me to let him play so I signed into live on another account on the same PC so he could use another
savegame position. To my surprise, the savegames did not transfer. He was not far into the game on my PC account so he started over.

Now, I log in to my account again and my savegames have been overwritten with his! I don't get it. Why would the savegames not go from my account to his, but when he saves they overwrite mine??? Is there any way to recover my game progress?

 

Hi, For Mass Effect, you need to either download the bring down the sky dlc or install it from the game of the year disc if you can. That will then let you play your save for that game. Fallout 3 disc dlc is currently not supported in the program, so you
will have to start Fallout 3 again if you want to play it on the Xbox One. As for Deus Ex Human Revolution Directors Cut, that version of the game is not compatible. Hopefully it will be in the next few months.

 

I have no game of the year edition of MassEffect. Also I can not download any DLC, because there is written "package" (or something like that) in the store.

That is really sad, that I can not play F3 and DE. A new game I would never start. So I have to wait and hope that it will be possible in future.

 

Any dlc you own you can download, by going to my games and apps, highlight the game you want the dlc for, then press the menu button on the controller, and select manage game, from there any dlc you own can be selected to start the download.
