    Hello everybody, i got my xbox 360 yesterday and when i enter the live gold code on my console, it says the code is not valid !! and when i enter the code on xbox live website it says error, try again in a moment, i tried again and again but still doesnt
    work

    Problem solved,i re-configured my xbox and this time i choosed france as a region instead of "other"

    @diggitalAssassin i tried support but nothing worked
