Can not upload screenshots to OneDrive

I have been unable to upload screenshots to my onedrive for a while. Whenever I try I get a message saying something went wrong, please try again, but nothing ever changes.

I have power cycled the console several times, I have reset the network hardware, and since it's not possible to copy an image from the profiles (at least I haven't been able to) I am stuck not being able to use the ones that I have.

This became a real issue for me recently as I was trying to use the screenshots to demonstrate the problem with the photo mode in The Division 2, and because I can't get the screenshots off the console I can't use them for this purpose.

I will update this once I have tried removing the account and recreating it.

You can use OneDrive. You get 5GB of storage for free.

In the capture settings on the console, you can set it so that captures are automatically uploaded to OneDrive if you like. You can also manually upload multiple captures to OneDrive at once via the Captures app. Also, you can upload an individual capture to OneDrive via the Share menu.

Once uploaded, screenshots will appear in the Pictures\Xbox Screenshots folder inside your OneDrive folder, and videos will appear in Videos\Xbox Game DVR.

I am having the same issue but i am in the Alpha preview and having to do a hard rest to factory defaults, i would have to go through the process of installing all those updates again. Is there another way of taking the files & putting them on a thumb
drive and move them that way?

It might be worth checking to see if you still have free space on your One Drive.

have you try to download the OneDrive app on your xbox an start the app?

after this try to upload it again.
