Can not update Xbox Live

Hi there,

the problem is that the game itself needs an update from Xbox Live in order to be supported on the console, but since your console can not connect to Xbox Live it can't get the update, besides connecting to Xbox Live there are no other ways to get an update
for a game that is supported.

I'm afraid it's just not possible with that console.

The update could not be downloaded from Xbox LIVE. Try the following:

1. Try installing the update again.
2. If you are having problems connecting or staying connected to Xbox LIVE, see

Also remember fixing the Xbox yourself is against the Terms of Use, which can result in your Xbox getting banned from the Xbox Live service.

Hey Handled, sorry to hear about the update woes! Okay, your console is connected via Ethernet cable, but what is that cable plugged into directly? Would it be possible to connect directly to the modem, and then reset the modem real quick? This should resolve
the issue right away, and allow you to take the update. Please let me know how it goes!
