    Can not update my console, please help


    When I try to update my series x I get an error that something went wrong, so now I can not go online anymore because the update won't update, I am in the insider of alpha and the error I get is:

    Source OS 10.0.22621.2115

    Target OS: 10.0.22621.2123

    Error code: 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x00000301

    so how can I fix this ?

    sorry to hear. You can do an offline update - but this is more than a factory reset!!!!!!

    My Xbox does the exam same thing. Every time I'm in the middle of a game, it updates. It is so frustrating, I've scoured the world wide web for a solution, to no avail.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! I suggest setting your console in 'Instant On' mode, as that will allow updates to happen in the background.

    To find that feature follow these steps below:

    • Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select 'Power & startup'.
    • Under power options, select 'Instant-on'.
