Can not update latest system update

    I've tried to reboot my internet and console have even restore the console but its unable to update now i cant even access the system settings unless I'm in recovery mode.

    Did you receive the latest system Update? You'll find that in the same place as controller update. If it's grayed out then you have it but if it's lit then you can download the latest system update. Also check in power and start up in the settings too see
    if there is anything there.

    ahh ok, well you can also see a record of the updates from
    support.xbox.com/.../system-update-operating-system     there it will tell you the latest operating system version and if you go to your xbox one under "settings" then "system" and then "console info" it will tell you the operating system version which should
    match the latest from that website, otherwise you're yet to update.
