    Sorry for the double post... But the servers are down for maintenance. Who knows when they will be back up.

    Can not to connect to Bingo.

    I've been trying since 7 Am CST and it is now 8:22 PM CST. Daily bonus lost Can not to connect to Bingo. :(

    RevilingBeef133, you are most likely experiencing a different issue than the users above you, as we took the servers down between June 11th and June 12th.

    What happens when you are trying to connect? Do you receive an error message?

    Please take a look at the solutions offered on this page and let me know if any of them solve the issue for you.

    Hi

    I am on Windows 8.1.

    When I try to connect the screen says LOADING with the circular pattern and it continues with that. The screen never changes and it NEVER loads anything. There is Never as error message.

    This has been going on since June 11th.

    Help I really enjoy this game.

    Can not to connect to Bingo.

    I have been playing the Game since July 11th now it won't connect my account to the server. I hope I don't lose everything sounds like it may be serious problem.

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Game and that went great. clicked on it and same thing wouldn't connect to server for unknown reasons it stated. Servers must be down all I know.

    DemureOwl2, are you still experiencing this issue? Have you made sure that you have all Windows Updates installed by manually checking for updates? After installing any updates, you need to make sure to select "Restart" (not "Shut down").
