    Can not signing to solitaire collection


    when trying to signing to solitaire collection I get, make sure you're on line, then try again. we can't connect right now. I have changed my password several times but can not signing.

    All of my Microsoft games are signing in to xbox games but Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Tried everything including uninstall, reinstall. Any advice?

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on how to sign out of the Microsoft Solitaire collection. To do this all you need to do is sign out of the Xbox companion app. This will automatically sign you out of the Microsoft solitaire Collection.

    Hi, Pam.

    Based on this information, I can suggest this potential fix:

    Step 1.
    Press the Windows key + R key to open the Run window > type wsreset.exe > wait until the store opens automatically, and sign out of your account.

    Step 2.
    Press the Windows key + I to open PC Settings > Apps & Features > Installed apps > locate the Solitaire Collection app and go to advanced settings > click on “repair” and “reset”.
    Open the Solitaire Collection app and sign out of your account if you're logged in automatically.

    Step 3.
    Restart your PC and sign in with the account that owns the Solitaire Collection subscription on both the Microsoft Store and the Solitaire Collection app.

    When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

    Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!
