can not sign on for 2 months now

Could you let us know what game or service you are referring to please? And do you experience any particular error message and/or code at any time? An error code would resemble XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000. Providing us with as much information as possible helps
us figure out where we need to go with troubleshooting.

I signed up for groove music in August as there was a 3 month free. I have now paid for groove for the last 2 months and haven't got my code?.

Please can you advise as this seems like false advertising to me......

Still no sign of mine reappearing either, I am really disappointed with the lack of updates from the support team, Been almost 2 months now.

The by a Month PLAN that is currently available is as follows:

Buy a 4GB Xbox 360 for $99 & sign a Two Year Contract to pay for Gold @ $15 a Month.

That is available now, if MS likes the outcome of it they could be doing it for the Next Xbox Console & who knows what the price a month can be.

Why it is $15 a month is because they are Discounting the Console's Price as the first step.

That is only for 'new gamers' to jump in.

If you already own the Console & want XBL you can do 1 of 2 things:

1 - Buy it using your CC ($7 for 1 month = dumb)

2 - Buy a 12 Month card at Retail for a discount (thinking consumer)

I believe you shouldn't miss the 2 months. Did the billing date change to end 2 months early? And you can turn on the auto-renew now
