Can not sign into Xbox live app (beta) on PC

I have an issue where I cant sign into Xbox live.

I can use the temp fix of..

Navigate to %localappdata%\Packages and search for TokenBroker Make a right-click on each result and open in new window For Each window, delete the contents of these TokenBroker folders Restart your PC

That works until I turn off my PC and then I have to do the process over again, very frustraing and I cant access my ultimate game pass in the app.. What can I do.

I got the same issue, nothing seems to fix it tho, tried pretty much everything up till now :/

Dang, if you have the Xbox Console Companion app on your PC try signing into that and stay signed in, then try the beta app.

Are you not able to sign in to Xbox Live on the Xbox (Beta) app for PC or on an Xbox One console?

Can you sign in to account.xbox.com?

Please let us know what device you are using that you can't sign in.

your mums account should be on the pc, she then signs in downloads the game, then sign in on your name, go to the xbox beta app, sign out and sign in with your mums account, download game, sign out of xbox beta app and sign in with your name, game should
work. your account must also be under your mums family section.

I do this for my kids on their pc's.

Here is something a support agent told me that might help you, I don't have an Xbox so was doing this for PC or companion app.

The codes will be sent on your account within 10 business days after you purchased the subscription via Xbox (BETA) app or Xbox Console Companion. This is the guide on how you can redeem them after the code was sent :

Xbox (Beta) app: Sign in to the account > Once successfully signed, Go to Social tabs > Under Social Tabs, check Xbox Live as sender.

Xbox Console Companion: Sign in the account > Go to Message icon > Check Xbox Live as sender
