    Can not sign into my original games / jigsaws


    My computer crashed.. complete wipeout and I had to reload all of the programs I use / like.. and in doing so the system recognizes my log in for the Solitaire collection.. (HothouseDruid60).. but when I downloaded Jigsaw.. it came up with a new signin
    / handle / game name in the top right hand side of the screen and I can not find a way around it.. I had a game balance of over 150,000 points.. and now with this new login there is only 1500 credits.. cant find a fix and am a bit miffed
    about the whole thing... someone please help..!!

    JIGSAWS WILL NOT LOAD PROPERLY

    WHY WILL MICROSOFT JIGSAWS NOT LOAD AND IF THEY DO IT REFUSES TO SIGN ME IN TO XBOX

    lost all my gold and points plus all the jigsaws I downloaded. Has gone back to new user and wont sign me in. MICROSOFT is CRAP

    Help Microsoft Jigsaw wont sign in

    Having the same problem. Restarted then selected sign in options and signed in with original password rather than pin. MS jigsaw loads properly. I have special characters in my password.

    Same problem, I can't sign in. I can sign in any other ms games (for example MS Sudoku or Jigsaw), but not this one... Why???

    Reloaded Jigsaw and my last three years of history is gone!

    I am using a Windows 10 PC to play the Jigsaw app.

    It always said it was signing in so I assumed the app was signing into the cloud storage of game info.

    When my PC crashed, I was actively playing Jigsaw, Solitaire Collection, Bingo and Mahjong games. All the others restored appropriately and I have all the coins and levels I had before. Just Jigsaw was not done correctly.

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw
