Can Not Sign Into Games on Windows 8

For the last time ALL OF MY DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE. And I can't sign into ANY game with an xbox live account. Can you PLEASE stop asking the same questions over and over and over again?

The error message I get is "save data must be created to save game progress please sign into an xbox account to access this feature". But everytime I reopen the app it asks me permission to let the game access my xbox live info. I hit yes and the same thing
repeats. I seriously would appreciate if one of your answering would try it out on your laptop and see exactly what I'm seeing. Telling me to sign into my live account and check my proofs tells me nothing. I don't see anything there that says "proofs". Is
this a help forum or what? THREE responses and I'm still in worst shape as I was before I came here.

That link should take you to the 8.1 Apps and Window App Store section, then select the "Using Games" option from the right column. They would be best suited to assist at this point.

to have you check. No stone unturned! To answer your question about buying the game again: The PC version is different from the Xbox 360 version. Although they're both "Xbox Games," they are each supported on different platforms.

1. You say you get a message in the game menu asking you to sign in, but what happens specifically when you try to sign in there? Is there an error message? Status code? Does it appear to sign you in without issue? We don't have that info yet, and it
   can help us determine what's causing this to happen.
2. Does this only happen with Pac-Man, or are other games behaving this way too?

   account.live.com and make sure all of your proofs are correct and verified.

When I try to log in through the game it requests to access my xbox live information. I hit yes and it goes straight to the game menu with a message asking me to sign in. When I check xbox games on my laptop I'm signed in but through the game I'm not.
