Can not sign in to my Xbox

recently my Xbox will not let me sign in to it at all, can not play new games without signing in.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

get error cod 0x87e10008 when i try to sign into my wifi this is the second time this has append in the last week i worked with a tick last week

Have you tried completely turning off your xbox?? If that hasn't work you can try removing your Microsoft account from your xbox the re-adding it by signing in Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on then try signing in to Xbox live again.
