    Can not sign in to my Xbox One account. I get the error message with the code (0x8015DC0B).
    The problem is both on the console and on the windows 10 XBOX application.

    Hello! for problems with account loggin, internet and also Xbox Live access... (Console Power cycle)

    We recommend to perform a power cycle on your console, here in the following link are the steps...

    Reinicio o reinicio avanzado de la consola Xbox One

    If this is too many steps for you, just do what i do, turn it off and unplug the AC cable for 30 seconds and plug it in again, this will do the same effect than power cycle...

  5. I'm from Ukraine, the same error 0x80a40010 on Xbox, and error 0x8015DC0B (XO_E_ACCOUNT_COUNTRY_NOT_AUTHORIZED) on Xbox app on Windows 10.

    Workaround: disable network on Xbox, you will be able to login and play locally

    Я тоже с Украины, обнаружил вчера вечером. На консоле тоже ошибка 0x80a40010, на винде 0x8015DC0B. Просто я выкосил учётку с консоли, сейвы не поднимет теперь наверно.

    And here reboot the console? If you do not have an account? I already deleted my account and tried to add it again. Rebooted and all that could be thought of. There's a problem with Microsoft.

    Can't sync data with the cloud.

    I signed out on Microsoft Store App, and then signed back in using the same Microsoft account, but I cannot sign in on Xbox App it says, "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live " and gives this error number: 0x8015DC0B.
