Can not sign in on xbox 360

Hi,

I can not sign in onto my xbox 360. I have reset my password a number of times via the pc, xbox 360 & app. My subscription is up to date. But each time i try to download my profile it says my password is wrong. I even tried this on console which has been
out of the box and never connected to the internet so my cache is empty. What should I do?

old 360 to new 360

old xbox 360 melted. brand new xbox 360 can not sign on xbox live. When I sign in on my new 360 it says this account belongs to someone else.

signing into xbox live

I can not sign into xbox live from 360, I can sign into my account from a computer. but xbox live says the password or email is wrong,

Am I missing something on the 360 side?

This can sometimes be your email being wrong. When downloading your account, you must make sure you have any capitalization on when typing your email/password

To view any account activity or other consoles in which your account was downloaded on visit:
live.xbox.com/.../Protection

If you're still having troubles visit your account information:
account.microsoft.com/privacy once there change the password from there and if you would like change the email too.

You can be signed in on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One simultaneously, you just can't be signed into the same generation of console at the same time (an Xbox 360 with another Xbox 360 or an Xbox One with another Xbox One).

You can sign in on different console models at the same time, but not on the same model. For example signing in on Xbox One and Xbox 360 is possible. But it is not possible to sign in on two Xbox 360 consoles at the same time or on two Xbox One consoles.
