Can not send messages

Discus and support Can not send messages in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; guys since last 4 days i can not send messages. I am not banned. Have tried logging out n in.     guys since last 4 days i can not send messages. I am not banned. Have tried logging out n in. And i have also updated my security settings. Plz help

    Check to see if you have a communications suspension. You can view your enforcement by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and filing a case review from there if the ban is eligible.

    Yeah thats been going on for awhile for some people, ive been waiting for almost 4 months now, i contacted microsoft and they said they're gonna look it up asap but yet they haven't done anything.
