    Console has already been registered under the preview program

    Here's how to remove your console from the Xbox Preview program:

    Open the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

    Select Registration.

    Under Manage flights, select Change.

    Note If you have more than one console in the program, you can change their statuses by using Manage other consoles.

    Under Manage programs, select Remove, and then select Submit. You'll be prompted to select a reason for leaving.

    no update preview program option

    I had an xbox one 2 years ago through which I was part of the update preview program. I have just purchased an xbox one s and downloaded the xbox insider app but have no option from the insider content menu to select the update preview program. I was told
    by xbox support that I should have the update preview program option but it isnt there. My new console has been registered but not yet approved for the program although it should be as I was part of it on my old xbox one. Any ideas as this is driving my crazy.

    That is strange. However, if the Xbox 360 Preview Program runs similar to the Xbox One Preview Program you would not be able to join while there is an ongoing preview happening.

    However, just to be sure you should post in the Preview Forums for more assistance.

    Need Help，I want quit preview

    Sorry to see you leave the preview program. You should be able to leave the program using the option in the Dashboard Preview App. Be aware that you will remain in the current preview until it is fully released to the public.

    If you are having issues using the option to leave the program from the app then you can post in the preview forums.
