Can not select anything in the game store

So when I go to the game store, select a game, hit A to open, it doesn't open. I see the animation that happens when I hit A but that is all that happens. Even the little window on the home screen for the "Deals with gold". Also I can not open any apps inside
of the store. Everything else seems to work fine such as opening games and/or apps that I have already downloaded. I have tried doing a hard reset, which usually fixes most issues, but the problem is still there. Help?

Xbox one marketplace wont work

I'm having the same problem.

I go to the store, select 'games' under categories, then select 'all games' and I get a screen saying "we did not find anything"

I have power cycled the console, didn't work.

if you look carefully you can already see the bc games in the xbox one store, even live streams, but when you select bundle it fails to find anything.

The Xbox Live Service was encountering some problems earlier today. Are you still having the problem mentioned in your original post?

I noticed the issue this past weekend and yesterday. I have not been home today to check if the issue is still going on.
