Can not see Xbox gamer score on Xbox 360 or Xbox one

i can not see Xbox 360 gamerscore on Xbox one or on the 360. It shows the achievements unlocked and date they where unlocked but zero gamerscore zero achievements unlocked. Does not make sense. Contacted Xbox numerous time and just have gotten off the phone
for two hours a min ago Was told my account is perfectly fine and no problems and to post on this site to get some resolution to the problem. Thanks for your time.

Using Same Gamertag Between Xbox One and Xbox 360

Because right now you can see I've got 107801 here but on my 360 it says I've gotten 325 score in Xbox One games but on the 360 it says 107456. If you add the difference you get the total. So the 360 does not display achievement score including Xbox One
games?

 

Gamerscore problems

Past couple of days whenever I unlock an achievement, it will either not add to my gamer score, or will add it to my gamer score and immediately go back to the previous gamer score. But whenever i go into the xbox app, my profile on the xbox website,
or even the xbox 360 dashboard on Xbox one, it will have to correct gamer score like normal. Is this a widespread problem or anyway to fix this, or am i stuck with this?

 

I assume your 360 is connected to the internet correct?

 

Yes connected to Internet.

 

Kinda crazy. All achievements are at zero and show not being unlocked but when you scroll through them they have date when they where unlocked. No idea and seems all I talked to are baffled also.
