Can not return a Xbox elite controller

Discus and support Can not return a Xbox elite controller in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; The controller I bought does not work properly and I filled a ticket to have it returned .     Can not return a Xbox elite controller


    The controller I bought does not work properly and I filled a ticket to have it returned . But now I need to ship them my controller but they did not send me a shipping label and I can't ship it , all form of contact don't work . I have contacted support
    through chat during the last 3 week but it seem an impossible task for them to send me a shipping label . They ignore mail too .

    When I go online it tell me my ticket will expire 30 days after the ticket start , considering how the support team act I almost believe they are trying to get pass the 30 day .

    Anyone know where I can ship them their defunct product and is what they are doing even legal ?
