Can not reinstall

Hi,

Everytime I try to reinstall halo master chief collection, I am met with it stopping at 70% - 80%. Each time I try to resume I drops to like 50%. I have tried a lot but I'm sure at least on every of you guys have had this happen and got passed it. Help would
be greatly appreciated.

To start things off, can you clarify which game you're having trouble installing? Are there any scratches or cracks on the disc your using? Keep us in the loop

I got an error saying it appears that you are not logged into the account associated with the subscription open the disk for the game. I looked the problem up and on one forum it suggested that I Uninstall the game and reinstall while disconnected from
the Internet after restart. I did that and now it won't get past 10 percent. this error started after the last update for the console about 3 days ago. please help.

Are you trying to install the game using the disc? In this case, errors can occur if an update is downloaded during the installation. A first troubleshoot you can try is to delete local files and install the game setting the console offline.
