Codes are only one time use

And no xbox can't see who redeemed it

And unless it was an xbox promotion like the us promotion they won't replace it

If you bought th code somewhere you need to talk to the seller

There was a promotion for gears of war ue last year so unless it's part of that promotion it has nothijg to do with ms

As ms hasn't sold gears games codes in awhile or consoles if you bought it used take it up with the seller

store on Windows 10, by selecting the three dots on the top right next to your gamerpic, then select redeem code, and type in the code and redeem it. or you can redeem the code on the Xbox app on iOS or Android. You can also redeem the code on account.microsoft.com

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
