    Can not redeem codes!

    The codes i received upon purchase of my Xbox One S Bundle (gear of war) seem to not work. I managed to redeem two of the four that would come with the bundle (received through Xbox message system from XBOX).

    The codes that did not work was the codes for Gear of War and Gears of War 3. The error message on the Xbox mentions something about my language settings, which is UK English. On the PC the error code did not have a solution. After speaking to a helpful
    person from Xbox, he pointed me here for further help from an administrator.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Hey there RubyCarnival597.

    It sounds like the region of your account is tied to a region outside of your physical location. Be sure to set the region of your Xbox One to the UK if you are currently located in the United Kingdom. Let us know how it goes Can not redeem prepaid codes! :)

    If you already have a 25 digit code, you can try and redeem it via the console or via www.xbox.com, but like mentioned they might expire.
