Can not redeem code for xbox live (12m) Code is ok, but an unspecified error after inserting to a form. Neither from XBOX One nor from PC. I can send you screenshots of a process.

Please help me.

How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

1.

Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)

In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold

You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list

Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!

If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!

From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"

If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.

If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!

Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

Hi there,

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

í have a card WHEN í WANT use de code they give error is new I never I been using

You can also always just redeem the 12m code and it will stop the month to month bill for the next year.

just to be sure, the account used by your sone has your Microsoft Account? Or are they two different Microsoft/Xbox Live accounts?

Also please check if you did receive a confirmation email on the account regarding redeeming the 12M code.
