Can not redeem Code for FIFA 19 Points

Hello,

i can not redeem a code for Fifa 19 Points.

Its not because xbox live error at the time.

the code did not work the last days. There is an error that the code is already used.

but he isn‘t. Is there a possible solution or can i not use the code?

Hey there Dominik,

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with your Fifa 19 points code. When you first attempted to redeem the code did you see the "already redeemed" error message? or did this start appearing later?

Sometimes these points may take up to 24 hours to appear within the game. If this has already exceeded the time I would advise you
Contact Xbox Support for further assistance as we do not have all proper tools to assist with this issue through the Forums.

Ask for a refund then you'll get the money back on your acount and the you can buy the fifa points for fifa 19
