    Can not read disc


    When I enter a game disc it says it can not read it and to check to see if it's dirty. I tried another game and the same happens. If you have suggestion it will be greatly appreciated.

    If the game has been updated, clear the cache and update once more. If that doesn't solve the issue, the download could be faulty and you would need to delete and reinstall your game, dont worry about the game save because that stays on your console until
    you DESIRE to delete it. Also one thing I would do also is look around for a faulty app, game or even avatar item. They are marked by a Yellow Explanation Point in a Triangle, these have also been know to cause certain problems, especially in games with avatar
    awards.

    must be because of the HDD

    reinstall the game

    clear up some space in the HDD

    should work

    and dont worry wont effect your save games

    How many games have you tried? If it's just these two I would check the disc for dirt or damage and then if it looks okay I would uninstall and reinstall the game and if it messes up during the install it's probably the disc. If none of your games read it
    might be the Xbox needs a repair.

    The save file isn't tied to the insall. But if more games aren't working your Xbox probably needs a repair.

    This is not the first time I've seen this issue brought up about SG. I think there may be a problem with the download version of the game itself.

    How many games have you tried? If it's just these two I would check the disc for dirt or damage and then if it looks okay I would uninstall and reinstall the game and if it messes up during the install it's probably the disc. If none of your games read it

    I think my Xbox one needs a repair. Tried more games. I didn't want to delete the game and install it again because I'll loose in game data.
    The save file isn't tied to the insall. But if more games aren't working your Xbox probably needs a repair.

    i have it download and the same problem re downloaded it an didnt install the update this time around and its worked... so far... so give it a shot it worked for me .......GOOD LUCK
