    Yes, account balance can be used to purchase game pass, i just purchased it today part of it was paid with a partial balance i had on my microsoft account and the rest was paid with my paypal account.

    BF3 Online Pass

    I can confirm that the an online pass is linked to your account, not console. In other words, for every one account, you need an online pass. Separate accounts on the same console still need their own individual online passes. Keep in mind that one online
    pass comes with a new copy of the game. You can purchase an online pass for BF3 from the BF3 main menu for 800 MSP.

    I actually found the problem. Xbox game pass requires a credit card to buy from me. But I live in Iran, I just have access to the card and I can not afford to buy it. I hope Microsoft officials find
    a solution for users who do not have access to a credit card so that I can use the console features of the game

    While you can share Game Pass features on an Xbox console with other accounts, you cannot share Game Pass on the PC. Only the account that purchased Game Pass can use in on the PC.
