    Can not play video error


    I'm having an issue I can't find elsewhere. I'm at level 215 & am trying to go down the stairs for my extra 5 lives & bonus points. When I go in & click "Yeah" to enter I get an error message saying "The Video failed to play, retry". I have retried repeatedly
    & it stays with the same message. When I click elsewhere on the screen it takes me to the Microsoft solitaire page with no fixes.

    Really Need Help! Fast!

    i am the guy from that video. i am not going to pay $99 to repair it. i can pay another DVD Drive. it is a Error E62 or E67 or 64. i can still play games from my hard drive.

    HBOGO ERROR - Video Player Error

    This worked for me after a week of being down and trying all of the above:

    System Settings > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps > HBO GO (Y - Game Options) > Delete

    Your mileage may vary.

    When trying to update a game I get status code 4174 - 0000 - d080 - 0200 - 8007 - 0570

    Also have gone thru all recommended steps (as OwMyHen has) and still get this error code. Other symptoms of problem. Can't play youtube videos or watch netflix movies. Can start the process, but get between 50 and 93% complete in the buffering, then an
    error message that the video can't be played. Doesn't matter the video, have tried many different, always the same result.

    What is the solution???

    I am having the same issue as well. I have my Xbox pointed to my video library to stream videos. It can definitely play the movies, however the error message pops up and my movie continues to play in the background.

    I have just started to get this error message. Annoying thing though, is the video is playing in the background.... and when I close the error message, it closes the video.
