    Can not play or download my content


    Hello. Today I bought Forza Motorsport 6: Apex Premium edition, but I could not use the new purchased content when i started up Apex. I tryed to uninstall it, but I ended up not being able to reinstall it what so ever. Now where it should say "Install"
    it gives me the options to rather manage or update. When i tryed "manage" i will just be tell me that the game does not work on my unit. And if I try "update" then i will be directed to microsoft support which only gets me confused since I am not told what
    update i need. I tryed updating my Windows 10, 3 times times, but for no use.

    Please Help ME!

    Downloading from Xbox.com, Assigned to another console on Xbox

    Downloading from Xbox marketplace itself will let me download content but if I download something from Xbox.com and look in my active downloads, it tells me the content is assigned to another console, also it tells me my content license is up to date. Does
    this mean I can't play what I just bought or can I re download it or something

    Can't play Gears 3 multiplayer, keeps asking me to re-download content

    The messsage Says:

    Missing Content:

    "One or more party members do not have all the required content to play on dedicated servers.

    Continue with player-hosted servers or download content?"

    Three buttons appear:

    [Continue enyway], [Cancel] and [Download]

    When I download it does nothing.

    Also, please be aware that if you sell your console with the content already on it and/or your gamertag to go with it is considered Marketplace Theft and could result in the banning of your gamertag and/or console from the Live service altogether.

    No, they would need to download your profile in order to play your content. Make sure you format your drive if your thinking about getting rid of your console.

    what type of storage device are you using? All original xbox games require an official Xbox hard drive. If it is a usb drive, the internal flash or a 3rd party hard drive the original games will not play.
