    Can not play online


    Yesterday I purchased Xbox One Forza Horizon 4 standard edition using my son's account to play together online since I already bought another for my PC.

    As the description specified, one of the features was "able to play online" but when we tried it all online options were grayed or showing a message like "you must have an Xbox Live Gold membership to use this feature".

    I can play online with my PC version without paying monthly membership. Why I cannot do it via Xbox One?

    They are acting like it's an unfortunate accident, except the exact same thing happened last week at the same time during the day. If it's planned we need a warning. I spend too much money for this crap. And the event in my game ends at 1pm and won't happen
    again for 2 months.
