    Can not play my bought games


    So, i bought some time ago two games : Call of Duty:Cold War and
    Call of Duty:Black Ops 4. Atfer I restarted (with keeping data) my Xbox One, I have no loger acces to both of those games. When I try to start
    Bo4 games it say that I have no acess and need to buy the game and when I try to start
    ColdWar, it ltes me in but then thinks it is the Test-editon (which I didn’t download). I bought both games offical from the xbox-/micosoft-store from this account, but now I have no acess.

    When i bought my xbox one it came with forza horizon 4. I bought the bundle that came with it. I did the same with my nephew i bought him the bundle and somehow he is able to play the game still and im not. Neither of us have game pass anymore but he can

    I actually bought game with Cd . and played via cd. and finished it ,

    then later i bought DLC via Microsoft store that in my xbox (the same consule that i played by CD) there was zero previouıs data that neccesary to play DLC's

    But still can see my achievements and levels in Game history. but can not see my save games and Levels that need to be play DLC'S
