can not play minecraft purchased with our xbox one

I purchased xbox one with Minecraft. At home 2 different people set up profiles. One of those people does not have access to their acoount recovery info,i.e. phone number, email, etc...

What are my options in retrieving all my games, cloud games.

Do they have there Transaction ID so they can contact customer support about it? They can usually find there Transaction ID by going to there reciept that they bought something with.

To answer your question - Yes, you will have to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 again, in spite of owning it on Xbox consoles. The PC version of Minecraft was the original one before Microsoft purchased Minecraft from Mojang so it's not one of our Play
Anywhere titles.

That said, if you previously owned Minecraft on PC or on Mac,
you can get a free copy for Windows 10.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. That is a great question. Minecraft can be played on several different platforms. The Xbox 360, Xbox One, Windows 10 and iOS all support the game. The downloadable content purchased for each platform does
not transfer to other platforms. Hence, if a texture pack is purchased on the Xbox 360 it will not work on Xbox One or Windows 10. Be sure to keep us updated!

The xbox 360 version of minecraft can't be played on xbox one you need to purchase the one version of minecraft in order to play
