From 2 days ago i can not play MM. the download begins, but when it's about license it stops and i get an message for error code 0x803F8001....     Hi!

    From 2 days ago i can not play MM. the download begins, but when it's about license it stops and i get an message for error code 0x803F8001.

    what can i do? seems i am not the only one...

    i uninstalled the game as i was told by support people but now i can not load it again.

    Can't play Microsoft Mahjong-says this error code, go to store, I go to store repeats the same error code???

    I can play Microsoft Solitaire Games, but not Microsoft Mahjong...what's up with that???

    Game Crashes Before I Can Even Play

    I have played the game once and since then, I am having trouble getting into the game. I can get to the menu where you choose your server or click play. Once I click play, The loading symbol comes up and spins for a few seconds until freezing, closing
    the game, and sending back to my xbox home screen. I have a digital version, no disc. I have tried unplugging the power, re installing, and clearing local save data. Friends have logged in on my console and been able to play no problem though. Any help would
    be very much appreciated.

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

    Solution 4. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app to update it.

    1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.  
    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  
    3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  
    4. Hit Enter.  
    5. Launch Windows Store and download
      Xbox App      .  
    6. Open the game through Xbox App.

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.
