can not play GTA 5 online on XBOX 1

i am currently logged into xbox live. But will not let me go online with gta 5. as far as i get is the profile screen id but that is it i choose the that is me option but it doesnt go an farther then that,\.

I bought yesterday an xbox 360 and I got a 1 month free xbox live gold membership

I bought gta 5 I installed it on my xbox and when I want to play online it says your profile does not have permissions to play online please can anyone help

i have xbox live gold and i can't play gta 5 online i am so mad HELP !!1!2!!!!!1!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

This is happening to me to I'm not sure why though it doesn't let me load any of my other games as well or talk to my friends on Xbox Live Parties hopefully this can be fixed for others. Ecause I hate this!!!!

 

Does anybody know why when i try to dl the update for gta v it stays seemingly stuck at 96% wont go up and goes from 96% to queued to installation stopped and ive tried shutting down, un installing re in stalling it and still wont finish that 4%
