can not play digital games on other accounts .... only the account that bought

i bought digital games like mafia 2, saints row the third, hittman absolution and borderlands 2 and i can only play in the account that i bought it. On account of my brother he cannot get into this games but in other digital games i bought before he can.
digital games lately has been with this? if this is a another problem someone answer me please.

No.The account that bought the digital games needs to be on the console for any other accounts to use them.

Digital content is tied to the account that bought it,not the console it was downloaded on.

No it won't. If you bought the game on this profile, then the license will stay ONLY on this profile. If you mean that you bought the game on an account, and you want to play it on other accounts, then yes you can. You can play it on other profiles since
it's on the same hard drive, but you can only re download the game from the account you bought it from.

 

Did you download them to a other console?

If so you need to do a license transfer so your brother can play it.

That is quite odd... you could try a license transfer anyways as that might clear up any issues but you won't be able to do another one for 4 months.

 

I've seen this happen with a couple games myself. The only work around I've been able to find as of right now is to have two controllers, and have you log into your Gamertag on either of the controllers. So long as you are logged into your account, you should
have no problems.
